WAYS TO BE INVOLVED

GIVE FINANCIALLY
Donate funds (in lieu of gift shopping) to ensure each senior receives a memorable Christmas this year. We ask that you donate around $100 per senior. Tap the button below to give your financial donation for senior shopping and/or toward other costs associated with running the Santa Cop Program. |
SHOP & WRAP
Sign up below to purchase gifts for one or more senior citizens. We will do our best to match you with eligible participants in the program and send your their wish lists so you can shop for them. We do ask that you spend a minimum of $100 per senior (although you can be as generous as you wish and spend more than that). Then, attend the Wrapping Party at Wasilla Area Seniors, inc. Center in Wasilla on December 17th (5:30-8:00pm) to get all the presents wrapped and ready to be delivered the next day at the Be A Friend Holiday Parties or to their residences on Christmas Day. |
SHOP, WRAP, & MEET*
If you wish to connect with your assigned seniors, you can do so at our "Be A Friend" Holiday Party on December 18 (12 noon at Wasilla Area Seniors, Inc. Center) as well as calling your seniors on Christmas day. You will be be required to complete a background check and brief online training upon completion of the registration form below. *The “Be A Friend” program can continue on into 2022. If you choose to consider an ongoing relationship with a senior beyond the holiday season, you may have opportunity to indicate your interest during or after the BAF Holiday party.
